Office Tour

Requesting Appointments
You may phone our office to request an appointment, or may request an appointment via this website in the Contact Us section at the bottom of each page.

Please inform us if you or your Dentist believe you require immediate attention – we will do our very best to accommodate your needs.

Non-Surgical Appointments

  • Your dental health is very important to us so we ask that you please hold your scheduled appointments.
  • If you are running late, or an emergency occurs which requires you to re-schedule, please contact us as soon as possible.

Surgical Appointments
Surgical procedures require a significant amount of time.  Your appointment time is reserved specifically for your needs and it is unfair to other patients awaiting treatment if you cancel your appointment without ample notice.

  • A two, (2), working day -notice is required to change/cancel your surgical appointment to avoid the cancellation fee, which is $150 per hour of reserved appointment time.

Working With Your Insurance Provider

  • It is our practice to send advance estimates to your insurance company.  However, the insurance company does not always provide our office with confirmation of coverage.  We, therefore, request that you verify your confirmation of coverage well in advance of your scheduled procedure to avoid an otherwise unnecessary cancellation for financial reasons.
  • Unless other arrangements have been made, (as outlined in the Payment Options section), full payment is due the day of services.
  • For qualifying claims, your insurance company will reimburse you personally, in accordance with the terms of your policy.
  • We can submit your claim for you and will do so electronically whenever possible, or, can provide you with an insurance form should you prefer to make your own claim.

Appointment Confirmation

  • Our Office will make every attempt to contact you personally to confirm and remind you of your surgical appointment in advance.  This presents an opportunity to inform us of any need to re-schedule your appointment, or, approach us with any questions regarding your insurance coverage, etc.

Financial Options
We want to help make obtaining the goal of oral health care that you deserve as easy and stress-free as possible.  Providing therapy based on biologic criterion as opposed to financial criterion is the key to creating quality results.  Timing is critical.  To avoid interruptions to therapy for financial reasons our office accepts several forms of payment and offers payment plans.  Unless other arrangements have been made, full payment is due the day of services; and full payment details will be provided for your individual plan during consultation.  We are happy to answer any questions you may have about financing in advance, simply contact us!  Following is information on payment options available.

Accepted Forms of Payment:

  • Cash
  • Check
  • American Express
  • Discover
  • MasterCard
  • Visa
  • CareCredit

Note:  For treatment exceeding $2,500, a courtesy discount may be extended to patients who wish to pay for their entire estimated treatment plan in advance. Ask us for details.

Insurance
You can utilize your dental or medical insurance at our office in accordance with the terms of your policy.  We are considered an out-of-network provider; therefore, the doctor’s name will not appear on any providers list.

Our patients feel strongly about being able to choose their own oral health care provider and they enjoy seeing us on an unrestricted basis – they prefer to select a periodontal practice they feel is right for them and we work with our patients to obtain the maximum benefits available from their insurance.

For qualifying claims, your insurance company will reimburse you personally.

We can submit your claim for you and will do so electronically whenever possible, or, can provide you with an insurance form should you prefer to make your own claim.

Facilities and Equipment
Our office utilizes state-of-the-art digital technology and sterilization procedures.  Your comfort and safety are a number-one priority in our practice.

Providing quality care requires that we obtain a complete understanding of your dental and medical health.  To help achieve this, visual exams are used in conjunction with your medical history, and, with the important information gathered from digital records.  They show a clear picture of your teeth, bone structure and surrounding tissue.  Because your information is produced digitally, it can be reviewed with you, easily stored, used at future appointments and/or more easily shared, with your written approval, should a referral or consultation be needed.
